How to eliminate audio current sound
First, connect the computer audio to the left and right channels (red and white lotus plugs) of the subwoofer and plug them in each other. Then listen to whether the original speaker makes any noise.
A. If there is no noise but there is noise in the other speaker, it indicates that there is a problem with this audio cable. Solution: Replace the audio cable from the computer to the subwoofer.
B. If there is still noise, it is not the audio cable. Please continue to look down.
Swap the wires connecting the subwoofer to the two small speakers, and listen to the original speaker for noise.
A. If there is no noise and the other speaker is noisy, it indicates that there is a problem with the internal circuit or circuit of your subwoofer.
