In fact, there are many reasons for the sound box noise. Such as interference, poor contact, poor quality of the sound box and so on. Due to the amplifier, noise is very common in active speakers and almost inevitable. The causes are as follows:
Electromagnetic interference mainly includes power transformer interference and stray electromagnetic wave interference.
· 1. Power transformer interference
· It is caused by power supply magnetic leakage, which can be prevented by installing a shielding cover made of iron type material for the transformer, or external transformer can be used. The most fundamental thing is to choose products with big brands and solid materials.
· 2. Stray electromagnetic interference
· Stray electromagnetic wave interference is relatively common. The computer host, speaker wire, frequency divider and wireless equipment may become interference sources of the wired audio speaker. If conditions permit, the host box should be as far away from the computer host, mobile phones and other electronic equipment as possible.
Mechanical noise
This kind of noise is unique to the active stereo speakers, similar to the buzzing sound emitted by the fluorescent lamp ballast. It is caused by the vibration of the iron core caused by the alternating magnetic field when the power transformer is working. A rubber damping layer can be installed between the transformer and the fixed plate.

As time goes by, the dust accumulation and wear between the metal brush and the diaphragm of the potentiometer will cause poor contact, resulting in noise. In addition, if the screws are not tightened and the inversion tube is not properly handled, mechanical noise will also be generated when playing large dynamic music. How to deal with heat drying? It can be solved by replacing low-noise components, reducing component working load and reducing working temperature. For example, to reduce the component workload, when the volume is turned too high, because the output power of the power amplifier of the mini speaker wired is small, it cannot avoid the large dynamic peak signal of the music moment, and noise will appear. At this time, as long as the volume is turned down, there will be no noise.
Other causes of noise:
1. Incorrect card insertion
It is common that the sound card is not closely separated from the expansion slot on the motherboard. It can be solved as long as the sound card is properly inserted.
2. Unreal line input
Active speakers, whether 2.0 channel or 2.1 channel, which have a line input signal line from the sound source to the speaker. If this line is not connected properly, it may cause noise. In addition, some sound cards have only one output terminal, which takes into account both Line Out and Speaker. Creative computer speakers are usually the tacit mode, and the jumper needs to be adjusted.
3. Sound card driver problem
The sound card driver included in the system may be incompatible or there may be a problem with the driver. If so, you can reinstall or replace the sound card driver.
4. Audio and video file quality problems
If the quality of audio and video files downloaded from the network is poor, it will cause noise during playback. Try to download audio and video files with good quality.
5. Speaker damaged
No matter what computer speakers bar are, they will be aged and damaged after a long time. If damaged speakers continue to use, there will be noise. If the noise is really caused by this reason, send it for repair or replace it.
Common troubleshooting methods and solutions:
Step 1: Switch the computer audio to the left and right channels of the subwoofer (red and white lotus plugs), and listen to the speakers for noise.
A. If one speaker has no noise and the other has only one, the audio cable is broken and needs to be replaced
B. If there is noise, it means the problem is not on the audio line
Next, look at the second step: Swap the connecting lines of the subwoofer to the two small speakers, and listen to whether the speakers are noisy.
