The small wired stereo used by the computer is not broken, even if it is broken, it can be repaired with my technology! I dismantled him today. I installed a discarded cell phone battery, a Bluetooth headset module, a charging port, a charging indicator, an audio output port, and a Bluetooth working indicator.
To remove the Bluetooth headset, in fact, this Bluetooth can only be used to connect the audio source output as shown in the figure. Because the output of the host computer is broken, I just removed the audio device. Now I'm trying to decide whether to use it or not, and then find the solder joint of the power on button of the Bluetooth headset and connect it with a button to control it.
Connect the audio source input of the small audio to start playing.
Charge the battery. This is a waste cell phone battery. It's a big piece of the battery of a domestic machine I used many years ago.
The external buttons have been connected. Now we are looking for the connection solder joints on the Bluetooth module.
After the connection, use hot melt adhesive to stick it to prevent the wire from loosening.
Dismantle a charger used for a domestic machine before, because I need to remove an LED lamp from the charger as a charging indicator, and remove a diode to weld it at the charging inlet, so as to prevent the current from flowing back when charging.
A LED lamp and a current limiting resistor were successfully removed. Because the current output of the charger should be 5v when charging, the working voltage of this LED cannot withstand 5v voltage, so I welded a current limiting resistor to prevent the LED lamp from burning out.
Then I removed a screen backlight from the old MP3 player and used it as a flashing indicator when working with Bluetooth. All are original points welded on the module. Wired speakers have basically been replaced by wireless speakers
